Patterns
Punch Needle Art can be completed in just several hours depending upon the design. This art dates back to the 17th century and has been around forever. What was once old is back in style. You use a special needle called a punch needle and working from the back side of the fabric, make little loops of thread. When you have finished punching, just turn the project over and you have a wonderful textured creation! Give it a try - it's lots of fun!
In May of 2003 we started a NEW line of stitchery patterns. The past several months I have been busy designing some NEW holiday patterns. I started thinking I was a primitive designer but love detail too much to be classified as such. I love buttons and Just Another Button Company™ has darling buttons that compliment the designs. As a small child I always had a doll to play with and started sewing my own cloth dolls when I was older. I learned to tole paint and loved all the wonderful things you can make with wood. I also love to work with fabric. Thus I started designing wood dolls with fabric outfits. Each of my dolls are special to me and I had a great time designing them. I hope you can find one that is special to you!
